  • Investment Transactions:Experienced in private equity and investment transactions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Partner & Co-Founder

  • 10 Years of Experience: Co-founding partner at Northbound Legal with a decade of experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory.
  • Fund Investment Advisory: Regularly advises funds on investments across early and growth stages.
  • Institutional Fundraises: Advises companies raising capital from marquee institutional investors.
  • Inorganic Growth and Exits: Works with promoters and companies on inorganic growth strategies, acquisitions and exits.
  • Full Transaction Lifecycle: Advises from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation, documentation and closing.
  • Cross-Sector Transactions: His experience spans healthcare and life sciences, fintech, logistics, edtech and consumer technology.
  • Previous Leadership Role: Before co-founding Northbound Legal, was a partner at Krishnamurthy & Co. (K Law).
